            It is indeed a pleasure to recommend Mr. Robert Markowitz, otherwise known as “Robert The Guitar Guy” as a musician who specializes in children’s entertainment.

            Mr. Markowitz has been an inspiration to the students here at Park Avenue Elementary School.  His musical selections are appropriate, entertaining and engaging.

            Mr. Markowitz cares about his students and his nurturing qualities are evident to the teachers.  His demeanor encourages attentiveness and his soothing style brings out the very best in children.

            Recently he conducted a concert for our entire school, and it was fabulous.  Children in grades K,1,2 sat for an age appropriate concert different from grades 3,4, and 5.  Mr. Markowitz was organized and precise in his preparation for this event.

            His attendance and punctuality is superb.  When Mr. Markowitz makes an appointment, he realizes that the students are dependent upon him. 

            “Robert The Guitar Guy” is a valued adjunct teacher here at Park Avenue School.
