MUSIC AND MOVEMENT WORKSHOP  -  Robert Markowitz  (Handout 1)

 

This workshop explores preschool music on an intermediate level, including warm-ups, moving, singing, manipulatives, eurhythmics, and drama.  Emphasis on setting up creative play dynamics within a song.  All participants receive a MOVING TO THE BEAT compact disc complete with instructions on how to use in a classroom with children 2-6 years of age.  Dress comfortably.  This workshop has been conducted successfully three times for The Westchester Association for the Education of Young Children.
